This cute house elf doesn’t own something made of wool, he is MADE of wool. Can you give a house elf to itself I wonder? First seen in the Chamber of Secrets Dobby was at first a nuisance, and then stedfast ally of Harry Potter. Who wouldn’t want to have their very own?
The pattern is made by quirkeecrochet and is available at their etsy page
This little house elf will appeal to any avid Harry Potter fan. He’s quite a naughty little scamp and will often hide in your cupboard, drawers, nooks & cranies, when he isn’t skiving naked in the garden that is…
The house elf is worked mainly in the round, using single crochet, increase & decrease, with a tea towel garment made with a scrap of fabric (machine or hand stitched).
This pattern uses 4 ply cotton yarn, a 2.0mm hook, stuffing & a pair of safety eyes.
There are step by step photos to help you create your very own house elf.
