Double the ways to make the Fierce Deity Sword

While not my favourite Zelda title ever, the Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask certainly has a lot of cool content to come out of it. There’s obviously the iconic mask, which has been made in LOTS of different ways. However I’ve only ever seen the Fierce Deity sword show up twice. The first is by OrangeSpy121, and he shows us how to build this blade for around 15-20 dollars. It looks great, and looks like something I’d be able to make myself.

The second place I’ve seen this sword is by AweMe’s Man at Arms: Reforged. They always make the coolest, most realistic props. But seeing as I’ve not got my own metalworking shop available, I think making one of theirs will be out of my reach. Of course, even with all the tools, I’m also lacking a boatload of experience they’ve got, so I’ll just leave this kind of prop to the experts.

Gun Prop Game Room by Andrew Cook http://nerdcrafting.com/2013/04/gun-prop-game-room/ http://nerdcrafting.com/2013/04/gun-prop-game-room/#respond Thu, 18 Apr 2013 00:08:33 +0000 http://nerdcrafting.com/?p=643 This is pretty crazy. Andrew Cook has decorated his gaming room with all kinds of gun props from different video games. There’s some guns from Halo and Mass Effect, and it looks like a couple of swords too. Gun Prop Game Room

This is prop-builder Andrew Cook’s living/gaming room. He’s decorated it with a bunch of prop guns he’s made from the Mass Effect and Halo franchises, because why not? Plus if somebody breaks in they might think he’s some sort of commando from the future and just leave. PROTIP: Never steal from a a commando from the future, it’s a death wish. You’d have better luck surviving rush hour pretending to be a manhole cover.

I recently finished skyrim. Or at least 95% of skyrim thanks to one bad decision on the daedric quests, and deciding not to get hooked up. I’m sure I’ll be able to wrap up the last couple trophies next play through.

That being said, there are a couple helmets in the game that I think would look AWESOME to have as a life-size prop. In the mean time, I’ll just oggle this one.
